Fonesoft Customer Testimonials

Coronado Ridge Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Selected Fonesoft to install an IP phone system in their new facility in Henderson Nevada. The system requirements were that the solution had to be able to support the 125 patient rooms with durable analog phones. The four nurse’s stations required IP desk phones at each station and a cordless phone so the night shift could still answer calls when they were on the floor. All administrative and doctors’ offices require IP Phones. And finally, if anyone dials e911 the system must be able alert a set of predefined locations that 911 was being called and the location the 911 call was being made from.

Solution: Sangoma PBX installed in the customers off-site Datacenter on a Virtual Server. The selected solution was able to meet every requirement and more. Fonesoft included 24/7 remote support.


Bomberger’s/Ace Hardware Stores selected Fonesoft to update their PBX to support mobility for all store personal.

Solution: A Sangoma PBX on one of their Virtual Servers (VM) onsite. Sangoma Talk was added and loaded to customer supplied iPhones so that store personal can communicate with each other and customers calling in.

Fonesoft was selected by Flexscreen (As seen on Shark Tank) to install a PBX that was able to integrate with Microsoft Teams.

Eva Air selected Fonesoft to replace their obsolete Nortel Centrex phone system at los Angeles (LAX) international Airport.

Solution: Sangoma PBX in a Fonesoft Datacenter. The system tied their admin office, Counter passenger check in location and cargo location at LAX into a single solution. Eva Air also contracted with Fonesoft to replace their aging firewalls with Cisco Miraka firewall/routers.

The City of Palm Springs Florida selected Fonesoft to assist in replacing their NEC PBX. The system needed to support all the departments throughout the city.

Solution: Sangoma PBX on one of their Virtual Servers (VM) onsite. Also, a robust Call Center with extensive reporting was added for the utilities departments 10 agents.

JD Property Management Selected Fonesoft to move their existing premise based Sangoma PBX to the cloud. They also selected Fonesoft to replace their internet circuit and expensive PRI circuit.

Solution: Fonesoft moved their deployment from the onsite hardware to a server in a Fonesoft Datacenter. All programming including voicemails and auto attendant recordings were saved. A Fiber circuit was deployed using NetFortris (A wholly owned subsidiary of Sangoma) and Sangoma SIP Trunking was used to replace the PRI Circuit.

Fonesoft was selected by The Standard Hotel in Downtown LA to replace their aging Mitel System.

Solution: Sangoma PBX on one of their Virtual Servers (VM) onsite.   They had a requirement for the PBX to integrate with Oracle Opera Property Management System (PMS).

Fonesoft was selected by the Waldorf Towers Hotel in Miami to install a new PBX for their grand reopening.

They had a requirement for the PBX to integrate with StayNTouch Property Management System (PMS).

Fonesoft was selected by Peckham Industries to replace their multiple standalone TDM and VoIP systems and consolidate onto one platform. Some of the systems replaced were 8×8, Ring Central and Avaya.

Solution: Sangoma PBX software was loaded onto Peckham’s Azure instance. The single system currently handles 40 sites. Peckham offices are in multiple states throughout the Northeast.
