How TeamFone PBX, SIP Trunk & SMS Connectors Work

TeamFone allows you to integrate any existing PBX, SIP Trunk and many SMS Gateways to Microsoft Office 365.

The integration technology uses Microsoft PowerShell scripting where required and Microsoft Graph API where allowed.

The TeamFone Architecture

The TeamFone PBX integrates 1 or multiple PBX per Microsoft O365 tenant.
This lets you use the native dialpad in Microsoft Teams as an end-point or softphone on a cloud or on-prem PBX.

The TeamFone SIP Trunk  automates the build and management of a Direct Routing connection into Microsoft Teams.
It allows service providers to add users and manage settings, limit call paths,
and device Trunk profiles.

The TeamFone SMS allows you to link an SMS number from many of the leading business texting providers for the user in Microsoft Teams. Users can send and receive SMS messages on mobile, desktop or anywhere else Teams is available
